You can find a lonely looking spot and feel safe but you must be aware that a car sitting alone sticks out like a sore thumb. It will get a second look by any LE to see what kind of activity might be going on inside a vehicle parked off by itself. I suggest a VERY busy parking lot. Krogers, Wall Mart, JC Penny's etc. Etc. The rationale is that you are not standing out. Your are not out there alone. Try to position yourself next to a larger vehicle, at least on one side. I have had several shoppers walk right past my car while getting a BJ and they don't even look in becuase they are pre-occupied with where they are headed. My 2 cents.
