I'm not sure what the look back is now. You may want to consult a Medicaid preparation Attorney for advice.

I can't get not a single penny. Applied for SSI attorney said no qualify. I could get around but not going to lie and take that chance. I haven't made more than $300 in about 18 months. Wife makes too much money wife makes too much money. I believe you these providers know their way around better than citizens.

Some people dont get married so they can claim to be a single parent, low or no income, etc. But, if Medicaid has a 7+ year look back, then this might not help you right away.

Sometimes it sucks to be honest and these foreigners are reaping the Government benefits.
