I viewed this girl's profile and within 30 seconds she fired off two messages. I cannot read those messages because I'm not ready to get back into it yet.
However, there could be an opportunity for someone else. I'm clearly outside of her age range so if she's reaching out and willing to settle she might be ready to deal. Especially since she's straight up about looking to make rent.
That's about all the info I have here so hopefully she's not a scammer and someone can benefit from this.
