I have heard this somewhere before but when the start that crap nix it right off the bat. I had it happen first over a year ago and now I think about it its very creepy since it seems so innocuous.

So it comes in with some cute phrase like hi hun or some crap and this was the day after we met and then they start back and forth and juts ease into it trying basically to see you again for more money.

My impression before I had to learn first hand is this is a strict no no but I think as you stated more aptly in scenarios you just mentioned.

I am sure now looking back that it is to hide something perhaps the fact if you were talking you would easily pick up the lie.

Oh yeah the one she was polished con artist had me going and I just pulled out cash out of the ATM to head out to see her when she comes back with a higher price than one quoted before. I guess she figured she was getting my anticipation up and I would take the hook-drop it I told her.

But outside of that it may be for other reasons I think like maybe to keep a record in case you are L. E.

And this past Sunday she was doing it as I was trying to get directions to her place till I finally said call me but again I feel she was doing the same sort of trying to sense if I was LE which later on talking about it she did say this that when I called her and she sensed my exasperation at having been given stupid direction out on a dark country road I couldn't even see the street numbers well she said she knew at that point I wasnt LE but she didn't do it on purpose the retard at the hotel desk was at fault.

But I can say with certainty when that first creepy innocent looking text coming in the next day you can be sure she wants money and is just stepping over her bounds because a professional escort will never do that even if you ok her to-its really harrasment think about it even if it was an emergency she has people to help her-its BS they are trying to dominate the situation.

I try, but don't always succeed, to see ladies who know better. Most providers who have all their sh*t in one sock know not to randomly contact a monger unless there is some understanding reached before the fact. However, if you're single and don't care about an SO or your boss or whomever knowing what's up, I guess it's no biggie but it seems to me to be the same as spam email just with bigger consequences.

Thats a good question. I have had "good" and "bad" experiences with a provider texting me.

The bad: while I was living in Philly, I met a provider originally from the big easy. She passed herself off as a professional but she was over the place. She would text me wanting to see me, offering a discounted rate. I took her up on her offer a once or twice. After that she would just text me flat out asking for money. My favorite reason, you can give me money for my company but you can't give me money just to give me money. WTF. Also texted me asking for me to pay for pinup style dresses but since she offered a deep multiple hour discount, I accepted (it was economical, really good bang for my buck. After I left Philly for Upstate NY, she did text me a couple of times more wanting me to go visit her out in Buffalo but meh, didn't want to go out to Buffalo. I did get some personalized just for me pics out of the encounters, so it wasnt so bad.

Fortunately, I've been lucky that I haven't been scammed or robbed by a provider.

The good: There are a couple of providers that do text me and since we have a good relationship it doesn't bother me yet (they haven't made any crazy demands). There are the exceptions in the sense I have two really good provider friends and we communicate on a regular basis. That level of comfort takes trust and time to develop.

My adivce to you is to always be careful and depending on how frequent you see a provider texting might be acceptable. Is it possible that someone else is impersonating her, yep. Might she want to scam you, thats possible too. Then again, some providers want to have some regulars and its possible she enjoys your company. Either way, if you don't like it personally put an end to it immediatley.
