I look out of he service office and tell the service writer what are those unmarked bottles the lot boy is spraying another cars wheels with?

Needless to say they paid to RnR the wheels send them out to refinish and reinstall them. And they gave me a loaner the entire three weeks. It was nice being able to beat the crap out if a car that wasn't mine.

I'm waiting for the first guy to wear his Google Glass to a session and post the video.

However, I definitely agree that it's better to follow the advice of a good Hawaii attorney rather than that of a talking frog on a YouTube video, LOL.

Hey I'm new here, but I'm going to tell you in my professional opinion that listening to the sovereignty movement is not the right idea. First they google whatever it is that can best help them without actually trying to understand it. You will see them cite to UCC 1-308 and say use this to get out of everything cause you signed it under duress. First, UCC stands for the Uniform Commercial Code, it is the law that governs contracts and name the sale of goods. So unless you plan on convincing a judge that HPD sold you something when they wrote you a ticket and / or took you to jail, then you will not win this argument that you signed the ticket under duress.

Second the Frog on Youtube wants to tell you how to challenge the courts jurisdiction over you. First, if you live in this state, your argument is moot. You live here you can't challenge jurisdiction over you. Courts always have Personal Jurisdiction over you if you live in that state. Next if you live in another state then you have a little more leeway, but your still going to have an uphill battle of trying to fight the court's jurisdiction over you, especially if you knew you were doing something illegal.

Finally, don't take any advice from a law student. There is a commentor on youtube stating how this defense or this will work because he tried it. Don't do it. Lawyers and judges know when you are a law student and they will lead you along long enough to let you hang by your own rope. Law students giving advice are practicing without a license. Secondly law students only know a fraction of the law so what they tell you might work in that particular case, but that's not how it is in real life. Lastly, don't just google anything in hopes to find out a good defense, half the time it may sound nice, but it may not apply. Go talk to a real attorney to find out how best to handle your case.

However, now that deferral of that charge against a monger is prohibited, it seems that if the monger is convicted, expungement would be unavailable. On the other hand, if the monger is found not guilty, expungement would still be available and would have no effect on other expungements. At least that's my understanding of it.
