Been a while since I saw Danielle, and looked pretty rough when I stopped. She is a sweet girl but started showing several red flags.

ANYONE can see your plate number anytime, anywhere. Unless you know someone inside the DMV or LE there is little to be found. Try it yourself. Google your plate #. It is against the law for anyone in an official capacity to go snooping around without cause. Cause can be pretty lame but with all the audit trails on databases today it would be risky for anyone trying to use your information for any unofficial purpose. Thank the Russians for all the extra auditing.

So unless she hires one of these you are pretty safe.

Now that doesn't mean she can't file a complaint against you. She can do that and give the police/LEO your license plate number which they will then use in the complaint and once the case / report is opened with your info in it she will be able to review it and thereby will have your name, and address.

If anything I have posted here is incorrect please reply so we can all know if I am right or wrong.

DMV information includes name, address, birth date and age -- which is all you need for identity fraud -- and that is protected information. Your SS info may still be stored with the state as well. I believe there would need to be at least a civil case opened and then I'm not sure that your personal information could be revealed to a 3rd party. Legit PI's are required to be insured and bonded. If your information were revealed they jeopardize their license. With all the information releases like Equifax, there are a lot more data stores that understand the legal implications of protecting data.

So I broke a rule I usually don't yesterday and saw a girl at one of the shaddest motels,Seen Morgan younger girl you can look her up in your google cache its not on there now she advertises a lot on BP I had just been reluctant because of the incall or if a senior needs the number I can share.
