I have been taking a vacation from the hobby due to a new friend in Nashville, but today I went for a visit with Apple due to her overwhelmingly positive reviews. OMG, I think I found another Nicole. I'm also hearing, mostly via PM, that quite a few guys are NOT paying that 200 tip rate and, rather, a lower offer is sometimes accepted. I'm not sure if this is a case of "wild YMMV", where one girl will accept less than the next one, for whatever reason, or if they're getting a lot of feedback that their rates are turning customers away.
