Ago at the bottom of Poplar Grove close to Harlem Ave. The first time I noticed her, she was walking with some guy down Poplar Grove. What caught my attention was those "red pigtails". The 2nd time was early in the morning in the same area. She seemed uninterested when I tried to gather her attention, so I figured she wasn't "workin". A few weeks later; to my surprise I spotted her again walking down Payson with I think was the same dude. Again I tried to gain her attention without success. I've seen her few few more times; always walking with her "dude" down Payson towards the circle. I've never encountered her when she was by herself, so I didn't pursue the situation.
