It can be hit or miss here. I have had it when it is great and I have had nights I have struggled to get attention. Tipping at the stage is usually a good way. You can also ask the waitress. I like so sit at the table closest to the DJ booth, often times after they go to the booth they stop and chat while they wait for there turn on the stage. Finally if one is walking by and I am interested and can swing my chair out in the aisle and obstruct her path.

i believe the idea is that once a place has been raided it is immunized for a period of time. they are not going to raid the same place 2 days in a row or 2 weeks in a row or 2 months in a row. if you had the good fortune not to be in there during the raid, you can safely go in the next days immediately after.
