I put a post up before about prepayment and I will do it again! This comes from personal experience, I've been there, so I certainly am not judging anyone else's actions AT ALL! Never, ever give a provider money ahead of time for bills or for service at a later time. Give them the agreed upon donation and that's it! Sure you can tip.
