The copper was in hollywood and dressed like a birthday clown and driving a hugo! Remember those? Anyway he also had a bouquet of balloons. When he picked up the provider as soon as she offered the service he would release the balloons into the air and that was the signal for his partners to move in. It was way too funny!
I rolled down Tropicana around 4 PM on Thursday. Saw almost no action whatsoever. Even checked the Wild Wild West parking lot, area around Orleans and the Budget Inn and Motel 6 on Dean Martin. Did see what I believe was a WSW getting out of a monger's car at the corner convenience store at Dean Martin. But other than that, it was dead.
I did see an excessive police presence. 4 different motorcycle cops. Are they the reason girls were keeping a very low profile? Or the NCAA being in town?
Slightly disappointed I didn't get to play before I left town.

I usually have 30 minutes or more to cruise before work and after work it's my time but I usually just pass through once without stopping unless I see something special. From my experience, there is no rhyme or reason, there is no time better than another. I've come through at 7:30 am and saw dozens of girls, the next day 0. I've been out between 2 and 5 am, same deal. Ironically, I've met some winners during my lunch break. Day of week, weather, events in town don't seem to matter Today, for example, you would think it would be really busy, gorgeous weather, two NCAA conference tourneys in town, NASCAR and the Construction Expo with 128k attendees.
