It was under the male gay section and men would respond to an ad and the person would write back asking for a picture of them. Eventually this person had collected lots of photos from gay men looking to meet up and then they posted them some where that other people from that local community could see them. I know I am not retelling this story 100% accurate with all the details but basically a lot of people's privacy was violated and they got screwed by this person they were emailing.
