I learned a long time ago from back when Sahara / Paradise was the massage hot spot that any AMP with heavy taxi traffic usually isn't going to amount to much but a hefty bill and poor service. I stopped by the foot massage place at Jones and Tara last week. They advertise on Craigslist for a $20 foot massage. I went there last week and ended up paying $50 for a back massage.

What a Mistake! After 30 minutes I opened my eyes and noticed the short hair asian woman (about 45-50) massaging me with one arm while looking at her phone. I was okay with that. A few minutes later I looked around and she had one arm on my leg and looking off in the distance. She noticed me and went back to 2 hands massaging me. A few minutes later it was back to one arm and looking at the clock.

Anyways, enough was enough so I called it after 40 minutes or so. I got dressed and when I left, I tried to avoid a problem and gave her $5. As a tip. (I paid for 1 hour in advance and was out after 45 minutes) I was told it was not enough of a tip and she pointed to a sign on the wall about a $10 Happy tip. I told her I was not happy and that I felt $5. 00 was enough since I only got a 40 minute massage and left early. She raised her voice and demanded morre money. I reached into my wallet, asked for the $5. 00 back, she gave it to me and I turned around and walked out the door. Boy, did she get Pissed!

She followed me out to the car, harassed me, bumped my car, got in the way so I could not close my car door. A guy came out and she kept talking to me telling me she wanted more money. I got out of my car, she backed away and I quickly closed the door of my car and started backing up. The male Asian picked up a 5 lb rock before I got to the driveway exit. I felt I was in trouble because he was going to throw the rock through my window. I figured my best chance was to stop the car and get out and duck the rock if he threw it rather than have him throw the rock threw my car door window and shatter glass all over me.

I got out of the car and asked him what heck he was going to do with that ri 5 lb rock. He didn't answer, but the lady kept telling me she wanted more money. WTF!

I got back in my car and drove away. The lady has a black suv that works there. What a cluster % !

I have heard of intense tip requests, but that was totally ridiculous. Following me out to my car, prohibiting me from closing my door, picking up the rock. Way over the line.

Please avoid this place or be prepared to be forced to pay a tip.
