What you can do:
*Pull your dick out and ask her to touch it. A female officer is not going to touch your dick. From what I understand in the event of a sting if you pull it out the other officers step in immediately to ensure the safety (don't want her getting raped) of the female officer.
*Have her expose herself to you or perform a sexual act on you (sucking some guys dick during a sting is probably not a good career move).
*Put her breasts in your mouth or your finger inside of her.
*Get her to proposition you.
*Get her to meet you in a public place first (more on this below).
*Make contact via a reputable agency or friend.
You need to understand the definitions of solicitation and entrapment. If a LE sting involves an ad in the escort section, you call, make an appointment, hit the ATM and then go to the hotel room IS NOT entrapment because you have taken several actions that can be considered furthering the agreement. You've also shown a strong desire to commit the crime by responding to the ad and withdrawing money. Remember, contrary to popular belief, in most states undercover police have a lot of leeway in cajoling people to commit a crime. They can't force you but if their actions or words wouldn't convince a normal person to commit the crime they're usually okay. For example, you meet a chick in a hotel bar, she invites you to her room, somehow your dick ends up in her mouth and then she asks for money. That's not you participating in prostitution so much as them extorting you into it so that would be a no no for a police officer. Now let's say while bar she mentions having a room and you launch into a price discussion, you have just solicited her for prostitution. All she did was mention her room or having a date with you (which no "regular" law abiding citizen would see as an offer of prostitution). Let's say your favorite escort gets busted and is told that she needs to set up her customers. She calls you and asks if you want to see her for the hour. The previous example is NOT entrapment it is you engaging in an ongoing pattern of criminal behavior. If your favorite escort gets busted, they pull your name from her contacts and call offering you and hour of sex for some price then that should be considered entrapment. They have propositioned you, a stranger, who they cannot prove without cooperation from the escort has ever engaged in that behavior before to commit a crime.
If an ad mentions that Christmas time is coming up and a woman is out of working but hoping to meet some generous guys so you send her an email explaining how you've been out of work near Christmas before and that you want to meet. This one falls in the grey area because if you show up with cash or gifts you can say you had no expectation of sex but hoped for it. They can say that you responded to an ad in an escort section but she did not offer sex in the ad and you did not ask for sex. A good lawyer should be able to sell the fact that your expectation of sex was no different than hoping for / expecting sex after dropping $400 taking a woman to a fancy dinner.
I like to be as vague as possible when discussing what I want over the phone and initially in person. In some cases after saying I saw their ad I also ask random questions about massages (from what I understand you can't practice massage therapy without a licence but it's not a crime to see an unlicensed therapist). Again, once you're responded to an ad, agreed to show up and shown up you have very little wiggle room in proving you were not looking to pay for sex. I can't be sure but I've always been told and it makes sense that the person who brings up money first is actually doing the soliciting which is why there are some providers who won't mention money. Like I said earlier though if you are unlucky enough to be caught in a sting you'll have an up hill battle explaining why you responded to the ad and went to the room.
I've had poor success but if I am really nervous about a provider I have asked them to meet me in a public place or their hotel bar first. I think I've only had one or two say yes to this possibly because of the number of high volume providers in the area. I actually got this gem of advice from an older guy who broke it down this way: "If I'm going to spend an hour with someone then they better be able to captivate me for 10 minutes. I'll also proudly stand in court and say I paid a woman to have a drink with me and after she said I was handsome and charming how could I not go up to her room.
What She Will Probably Do:
*Many will ask if you're a cop. This is a stupid question because police have no obligation to share that detail.
*Many will put do not contact me if you are law enforcement. Again worthless.
*Some ask for two picture IDs, including a work I'd.
*I don't see it as much with escorts but I do see some street girls who ask you to expose yourself or touch them (we're not talking under the shirt over the bra either).
*Some refuse to discuss money. Some will even go so far as to ask you to leave if you ask how much or attempt to have any discussion about the prices for services. Some will simply ask you to put the donation somewhere and they won't look at it or acknowledge it.

There are no foolproof methods for an LE check, but some ideas are better than others. Some methods might get you put in jail on their on. Remember that touching someone sexually without an invitation is sexual assault. Exposing yourself to them could also be dangerous if you do so without their permission.
The best way to be safe is to do your research. RTFF. Get there early and scope out the area. Most importantly remember that paying a girl to spend time with you is in fact legal. Paying her to have sex with you is not. When you ask her rates, ask how much for her time. Keep sex out of your discussion until she brings it up. Once your in the room if you feel even slightly uncomfortable get out.
