And seriously, at least use Google Voice to call an unknown, and never use a phone number connected to your real identity in any way to call a provider.

1) Use a burner (trac phone where you buy minutes). Protects your name. I know one guy who had an escort find his wife's facebook page. You don't have to worry about unsolicited calls or worry when you forget to delete calls and texts. I keep my burner at work and have it password protected. Don't want to get caught by wife with strange phone.

2) When with an escort, tell her that she can't use her phone (actually camera) while you are with her. Twice while I was having threesomes, one of the girls took pics and then tried to blackmail me. Fortunately they didn't know how to contact my family. But remember, they can always post your pic on the craigslist in your area where someone will recognize you.

3) Use a burn wallet with no identification, some old prepaid cards, and about $30.00. I had a girls boyfriend pull a gun on me and demand my wallet so he could take a pic of my drivers license. I threw the burn wallet to him and I can still hear him say "hey there is nothing in here" as I walked out of the room. The fake wallet gave me the 15 seconds of distraction. God only knows what would have happened if he knew where my family lived. Cost me $30 bucks. The best money I ever spent. If no money is in there and you are robbed, some people have been shot. Also, have you ever had to go to the bathroom after undressing and left your pants in another room? I also had a girl go through my wallet while another girl was sitting on my face.

4) Assume the escort has your pic. I know at least twice when I went to an escorts house they took my pic. This was for their protection and nothing came of it. Just make sure you don't get a pic with no clothes on or something stupid in the background (like the name of the motel). Yes they do take pics of you in the parking lot.

5) Escorts will write down your license number. One escort tried to tell me she was going to track me down through my license. But I know it is against the law for the police to track a license unless they are told a law was broken. Then the police gets involved not the escort.

6) Unless the escort contacts you at home or tells you your address / home phone number, don't pay. It will never end. Make them communicate by text and then tell them they have committed a felony and that you will prosecute if they ever contact you again.

7) If you can, have the escort pose for you. Especially the ones who don't post their real pics in ad. If they threaten you remind them you have pics.

8) Don't wear any your watch or wedding ring when visiting an escort.

9) Never ever have an escort come to your house. Never have an escort visit a hotel room where you have checked in using your real name.

10) Never ever use a charge card to pay and escort.

I have been lucky. No escort has ever contacted anyone in my family and I only lost one burn wallet. Don't be stupid like I was when I first started mongering. Get a burn phone and burn wallet now.

First time it happened there was a case of internet blackmail in Elgin that was in the news and that made a good reference point.

I blocked her number and sent her emails to scam. I've ignored her and nothing came of it. She had business, personal, wife's info and threatened to use it all.

PM me and we can compare notes. It's scarey and caused me many sleepless nights but what she wants is money and if she doesn't get it she is not going to risk prosecution on a federal crime.

I read this and I'm glad I stick with AMP's. Never had one problem. This hobby should be fun and if your at the point of james bonding everything then its no longer a hobby.

Sudo app: saw this on billboard at o'hare airport. They say they "don't know who you are. " You give screen name, chose email address (permanent), and select from list of available phone numbers for voice and text. They say it's secure. I think they use VPN because the text doesn't work when my vpn is active. I placed a support ticket. You have to use phone / text number at least once /25 days or so (or the number returns to the pool to keeps costs down. App is free for basic use. Seems to work. Not as secure as a proper burner.

So. Reading about black mail, was just wondering using Google voice number is just as good as burner phone?

Yes someone can hack into Google voice and get the real number, but most people I see doesn't have that skill set.

They also know you're not going to go to court and say I had this prostitute over and now she keeps calling my job. Maybe she gets a couple months in jail but we've lost businesses, wives and jobs not a fair trade. I would never use my real name or number (google voice) nor would I ever use a verification sites (if the right case comes up the Feds will get their hands on those records either directly or indirectly via payment history).
