At a distance I saw a figure standing under the freeway on the backside (Flower St).
As I turned onto Flower I noticed the figure was a black male standing there with pants pulled down, mastubating.

Turned onto 69th and asked the girls what going on.

Me: I park the car at the corner, closest to the intersection, grab my phone and start walking to away from the station.
