Happened to be driving by the tents across from the old Nimitz KMart (now CVS) and saw a girl with a hot body by one of the tents. Anyone had any luck in this area? Might drive by tonight and check it out, and will report if I hit paydirt!

Mila freaked out, while I was up by Pali, and tried to get out while I was driving. It got verbally violent, took her back and dropped her off. That outdated photo of Mila was posted years ago by another monger, and she's now looking older and heavier than she was before. If anyone has a more recent photo, feel free to post it. However, the old photo does show some of her trademark Hawaiian Islands tattoo referenced by OaHuman808. To the best of my knowledge, she's the only streetwalker currently working downtown who has that specific tattoo on her, so it's a very useful identifier. I think she also still has a prominent upper-leg tattoo.

She's sometimes in the Longs area in that early morning time period. Although personally I haven't seen her using needles in open public view, she associates with the heroin-user group in that area and often has a "relaxed" appearance.
