According to Hamilton County Clerk of Courts 5 girls have been arrested this week. 1 Monday 2 Tuesday and 2 today so far. SOLICITING and LOITERING TO ENGAGE IN SOLICITATION and PROSTITUTION were the charges on them.

The problem is LEO driving through checking plates. They will even follow guys when they leave. There was even a post of LEO walking around parking lot writing down plate numbers of local cars. If you think there's possibly someone is watching or writing down plates, go back to the bar or nearby business after. Try to keep things from look suspicious.

The problem that could occur is that the plate number is data-logged as being in a certain place at a certain time. If you were caught in a compromising situation, then it could be used as this plate was at these number of places these number of times, etc.

An undercover cop only need to be offered money for sex for a crime to have been committed. However, after sex, the odds that one of you is a cop is greatly reduced. Must you be at a "standstill" to be loitering? As long as I'm walking or driving am I loitering? And this makes at least a couple others I've heard of in the past year, fortunately not ones I knew. Although I have questions about a couple who've been missing, at least I don't know any others personally who died in the past year, which I guess I will look at positively. Also on the plus side, I do know of at least 10 who are in recovery seriously, one of them really having gotten her life together with two years of steady work, etc. There are some happy endings (of the real life kind), but that ratio of 10 recoveries vs. 26 fatalities is probably about right.

There were 5 men arrested today in Hamilton County. They were charged with LOITERING TO ENGAGE IN SOLICITATION 2907-241 ORCN and SOLICITING 2907-24 ORCN. One of the men was 80 yrs old.

The article I saw had a local pic posted from Vine and Caldwell in Hartwell, which doesn't come up now. But the article clearly staters it's in or just outside Cleveland. And the second is the label "human trafficking" which conjures up images of white 14 year old runaways being forced into sexual slavery by pimps, when in reality it is more likely a group of unemployable addicts with the women selling p*ssy to feed everyones addictions. The cops are playing fast and lose with the jargon to make it seem like they are actually saving people, instead of breaking up a business transaction between consenting adults.
