By someone who had the pic with a vendetta against either the place or the girls. On occasion I think people have been using craigslist to shame their friends doing shit like that, only to remove the post a few hours later, they post a name and number so that person gets harassed until someone squeals the number came off a CL ad, then they will complain to get it off eventually.

The numbers after is the room or apt # as the bldg is a mixed residential business place. Most places in cc will validate your parking. Just park in the spot with the yellow outline, take parking elevator down then lobby to take elevator to apt number. If after 10 pm, you will need to meet the provider in the lobby as the elevators require a fob.

Cs stands for century square. Downtown bishop and beretania. Similar deal in regards to parking (in 'basement' of the tower).
