Never send money in advance. If she wants $400 for a first meeting, confirm what that means. To just show up? Hell no. That means intimacy will cost at least double if not over $1,000.

Meet and greets are dual interviews. You can cover transportation and all expenses and even hint / promise at a good gift if she shows up with positive intent. If it doesn't work out, fine, but if she barely engages, doesn't ask questions, is rudely on her phone, and just feels entitled for $ for her gracing you with her bitchy presence, give her a $10 chuckie cheese gift card and cut it short fast.
