Vet law has an exception to sell antibiotics for fish without rx. They are the same pills for humans just packaged different. You can also go with an Indian pharmacy, but that takes a few weeks to clear customs. I've collected all the antibiotics needed to treat all the curable ailments. Worst I've had to deal with is a UTI though and sulfamethoxale / tmp took care of it quickly.
