BP girls sometimes get around the monitoring with references to "Greak", "backyard", "bacc side", or (my favorite) "out door fun". But some of the finest practitioners of the Grecian arts never hint at it at all.

Given the growing prevalence of "cheap" drugs (mainly "H") a large percentage of providers are trickin just to satisfy their daily. I'd say 75-80% of providers, but some you more prolific hobbyists may have a better sense. And most / all that money goes directly to the DBs'.
So the risks are growing, Watch your six.
