How long do you get to use the sauna while there? At the gym I will do 20-30 min sometimes. Also is sauna time subtracted from the massage?

I'm usually in the sauna for five minutes or so. Long enough for me to dry off and for them to prepare the room and themselves.

Is SW South still open? I spent many mornings there when Sandy was in residence.

I've seen good things about this place. I'm thinking of stopping by in a few weeks. Do they offer FS and how much $ can I expect to drop there?
