The other STDs are an easy cure. I'm an older guy and cannot cum with a condom. I go bare 100% of the time to include with PFP ladies. I don't do the back alley druggies but if you're with a pro bar girl or pro massage therapist you're likely OK if you're on PreP and get yourself tested every now and then. I've never had HIV and I get a minor STD every 3-5 years. Go bare.

The mouth can have herpes, chlamydia and gonorrhea, plus all the familiar diseases that come out of the mouth like cold, flu, covid.
You don't have to lick pussies or kiss women in these places. It is not a monger obligation. Most providers generally don't start kissing their clients until they start becoming regulars anyway. (I had a few exceptions).

You'll have to tell your doctor about your high risk sex activity for them to order the long list of STD tests you'll want, they usually don't order tests if there's no real reason for it.
I saw a post awhile ago by another monger that turned me on to Mylabbox dot com. You order the box and then send it in and results are delivered though on-line website by logging in. You can order test boxes for just about any combination of STD. You pee in a tube, and then put drops of blood on a card, put the samples in bag provider and then inside the box, the box goes in a plastic white mailing bag and they provide a paid mailing sticker. Just drop the whole thing in the mail.
Convenient, and there is no explaining to do to anyone. They also provide free treatment for two common std's in the event you test positive for those. Others, I guess you're on your own but they can probably give you a list of doctors.

For the record I have never caught anything, and I've done everything with them except anal. I'm an anal virgin LOL. Oh and I'm not a huge fan of BBFS but I have done it w providers, mostly turn it down though. It got to a point I don't even know if stds exist. I got comprehensively tested and came back all negative. It boogles the mind. You would think these providers got maybe 5 to 10 clients a day every day. Those mongers are seeing other providers too that it would be guaranteed to catch something at some point. Well I did get a sore throat once but that was over in a day or 2. LOL.

Just imagine how many mongers on Oahu participate in this activity and visit other mongering destinations like the continental U. S, South America and Southeast Asia then come back to the islands to frequent local oahu massage parlors. Its high risk but its very addictive so we continue in the hobby knowing full well the risks involved. So, it seems like it should be permissible to post if you got an STD and the places you visited and went bare. That way the providers could get tested but also anyone else that visited there could get tested.

I've only BBCIP with providers I've known for a LONG time. Still a ton of risk. #1 its there profession. #2 if I'm a regular, someone else is. But if she didn't openly offer it on my first 3 visits, I feel safer taking the risk. One provider only allowed me after visit 10+. She said she was ok with it, because she knew I only fucked my wife and her (at the time it was true).
If I'm out at a bar, club, vegas, random freebie -- usually I'm too drunk / high to have good judgement. But for me, it's still safer then a working girl who's KNOWN to BBCIP. I know a BBBJ can me something too, I guess I've just been lucky so far.
