Minimum wage is like $10 an hour, while a minimum wage earner would need to work 7 hours. Plus its cash so it is really more. Thought about this the other night and they really have this gamed. Especially the ones who come via mainland. Their English may be bad, and who knows if any has had college education. But the primary and secondary schools would be demanding beyond belief. It is just the Confucian culture and education system they come from.
