He'll still get his State pension and practice law or get some BS executive position when it's all done. The leadership in that department is so bad that several high quality attorneys left the prosecutor office, so they are left with the 2nd tier attorneys that focus on easy cases like shutting down AMPs. We all know there is a lot more serious criminal activities in the Aloha state but nope, why work on the hard stuff and may take many years when you can get publicity for cracking down on AMP now. Plus, they get federal dollars under the assumption of illegal immigration and sex trafficking minors. I don't think anyone has been convicted of either of those but that is the party line to allow them to smash all these small businesses.
