I started the hobby in Dayton a while back and I've heard stories over the years about other cities having at least one or two places that provided full service. I always wondered, why not Dayton? And having such a location might reflect poorly on the installation, and by association, the military, government, etc.
In the past, the best way to find full service places was to go next to a military installation, as they are probably the most preferred customer base. Disposable income, men, mostly single, lonely, etc. But after human trafficking prevention became a priority those places disappeared or went totally underground.
There might be anecdotal evidence of other military installations having those kinds of places still outside the gate, but it's pretty rare these days, as opposed to 30 years ago when they were a part of a payday weekend.
