Re Molly's remarks on recording devices. You can Google security devices, spy cameras, and similar phrases and find all manner of sites selling high tech spy equipment. There are cameras available that are mounted in a wall and all that shows is a one eighth inch black spot that is almost impossible to notice. She has every right to object to that video being posted even if she has of her own accord and of her own free will posted pics of her in what ever pose she decided to submit. The key phrase in all of that was"of her own free will" if you are a little too dense to catch it. She wasn't paid to perform on this film, and thus giving an implied consent it could be out there for all to see, and she did not post any of it herself. You can call it any number of things, theft of personal rights and yes the word dignity definitely applies in this case as well, the use of her person and or images of such without consent, legally it is a theft of property I would think. If you want to get right down to it, sexual activity, even though it was consensual to the point of it not being recorded, which then occurs against the wishes and desires of one of the participants is truly a form of rape, things were done in the course of sexual congress without her permission, whether it was considered implicit or otherwise. Just because it may not have occurred during the sex act, the result of this f'tards actions are just as heinous in many aspects. Wow that makes sense. Just want to make sure I am following this. What if she saw him as a paid provider and he went BB without her permission when she said NO! Does that also fall in a grey area? She agreed to provide him with an illegal service, she did not agree to be filmed (maybe an option if she was asked and agreed) and then it was posted on the internet without her permission.
