I've never had any issues with her at all and can't remember any rip-off reports. However, if things are that scetchy, it's probably better to pass up on it.
I tried to contact her this weekend, but the number I have is different from the one that's posted in that ad. I'll see if I can make contact and find out if she's actually the one posting.
Like I said, I've never heard of anything negative about her ripping people off, but you never know what DBs she is hanging out with and what their influence is.

So things fell through with Luna I showed up she wouldn't let me look in the other bedroom. REDFLAG so then I'm like alright let me grab the donation from my car. I come back door is locked and some middle-aged dude is walking around really fast so I bail.
