Today around 430 ish, I was strolling through the neighborhood and ran across a couple of WSW. One in particular was about 5. 7 brownish-blond hair and ohhh sooo short black shorts. She was already head deep in a conversation, but I decided to do a loop and by the time I got back the conversation was over and they were no where to be seen. But here is the funny part, 2 LEO's were in the Speedway parking lot writing a ticket of some sort. Didn't hang around to see if it was the same car or not.
