Most of the AMPs in New York City are located in either Manhattan or Queens. There's a Chinatown on the lower East Side in Manhattan (mainly south of Canal Street and near the Manhattan bridge) and what's left of Little Italy borders it (to the north of Canal Street). Most of the high-end spas mentioned here on USA SG, such as NYAF and Dream Dream You, are located north of Chinatown, closer to midtown. You are correct in noting that the bridge tolls are not cheap.
