There is a number next to the girl on the website. That number corresponds to which room the girl is in. For example, F cup Andy is listed as girl number 2, which means she is in room 2. The information is that Orange, GB, and Blue Phoenix don't honor appointments so you're better off just showing up and seeing who is available. It's only a coincidence if the appointment is honored so there is no point in making one. When this poster says 7 out of 10 appointments are honored for him he means that 3 times someone else came in and asked for his girl before he got there. The making of the appointment was irrelevant.
There is no reason to make an appointment at these places, it means nothing. Just show up.
