Do you mean if they actually see you pulled over talking to a girl that's standing outside the car? I have a hard time believing it could be illegal to talk to someone from a car, no matter what her known history or profession is. I could certainly be ignorant though.
So, say you cruise the same road 36 times a night but they never see a pickup or even a chat. Is it illegal to do that? Sure it may seem suspicious, but some people drive around because they are bored or appreciate the sights. Again, can't see that being illegal if you are obeying traffic laws.
Either situation, it would seem they would be opening themselves to legal issues if they sent a potentially damaging letter warning you or a S. O. Of something that is mere speculation on their part.
Honestly, even if they see you pick a girl up and give her a ride, if there is no witness to money transferring hands or a sexual act, how would they have basis to do anything? Seems they would have to prove you knew she was a working girl, unless anti-hitchhiking laws might apply, which is altogether different. Are there laws against offering a girl a ride?

About two weeks ago I ran into a skinny WSW blonde on 3, 20 yo, great tight little body. Can't remember her name. Said she isn't out very often (yadda yadda yadda).
