Gist, Not Gizz
The boycott is not bar specific. It's a general, individual protest of past, current, and future conditions, if any.
How many subscribers you figure got for this local site? Couple, few hundred? Once again, no buying of the nekos is a protest. No need give the KBs one manifesto; they ain't going understand anyway. However, they will understand a noticeable drop in revenues on Furlough Fridays. If they wonder out loud, just tell them about your/our concerns.
Why do I continue to go to the KB? I believe it's a bad habit. However, I am treating it as though it was a local, not KBG, bar by not buying any nekos. That is the gist of the boycott, is it not?

Just Say No
Been nekohana-free since 02/10 neko boycott. Used to spend around $6-7 per month chasing the KBGs; height of my stupidity was $1. 5-2G per month.
Now content to drink cheap beer, eat pupus, look at the KBait. I tip well enough that the bar mgmt come talk story. BTW, the KBGs choose who they like be with, not the customer. Get it?
Will not repeat the boycott issue any longer; it's up to fellow drinkers to follow their own path. Furlough Fridays are "No Go KB" days for me as well as personal & permanent ban on neko purchases.
Once you get used to, it's OK. Save plenty ton and empowerment, anyway.
Good luck and say "no" sometimes!
One other thing to keep in mind is that for any boycott to be successful, the establishment must know about the boycott, know why it's being boycotted, and know what is expected if the boycott is to be lifted. So, whoever coordinates this effort needs to find someone to communicate this info to the mamasan/owner of the bar when the boycott starts. Otherwise, we'll just be wasting our efforts.
Good luck to us all!
CA
Boycotting a KB is like water, it always finds some where else to go, you can stop temporary but not forever!

You Me
Sorry to ask that question but this is my first time.
I just wanted to know where is a good place to go. Sorry for asking.
This is a good point, lets start with the bar with the worst bg's that dont play? What do you think we boycott Maya's fitst? I've spent a fortune there over the years
You guys are right, this only works if everyone (or at least a high percentage) is on the same page. Col Chuck, you may be on to something with the one bar at a time idea. Problem is there are always the regular customers who are in "love" with the kbg and will shell out $$$ no matter what because they are duped into thinking they are the one and only. The one that matters and all others are just customers.

You Not Local

Up to you to find out what the goings on are in the bar; no believe everything you read and/or hear; go out and experience personally and in-depth. Good luck and go get 'em!

But pretty sure the seniors will agree that you have to get out there and test the water first so to speak. Each bar has its own personality similar to a person. Cruise around and see which one makes you comfortable, now don't get me wrong but all bars have there share of ROBS and actual cool providers at decent rates. Just have to find one that meets your taste and most of all bank account because this hobby is rarely ever free!!! Just don't be a sucker to their game and you should be fine.

Frame of Mind
Going KB touring today with one thing in mind: Peace. Going to let all conflict cease and practice wisdom by example; if no can do it then more bettah go home. Too much pilikia no good 'cause life is too short to smoke a cheap cigar and put up with cheap people.
Sorry if get any offense. Have a happy Sabbath.

Drink Druggies
If you don't buy a girl a drink it doesn't matter, someone else will. Thats why the best looking ones always have a customer and so it goes.
You're right. For some guys the KBGs are like a drug and the neko keeps the drug available. Perhaps the cost is cheaper than being lonely and unable to have female companionship. I guess that's what is meant by "get a life".

Headed to Butterfly and saw Dallas going to her car. She looked like a really hot SW in that outfit walking (strutting) in the dark. Butterfly was dead, no talent.
New Casino had a bunch of new young faces and a couple of them had awesome legs that belong in an AMP; the junk part is the girls there come and go too fast.
Had a drink at D 'Amour which had not too much of nothing going on, then went home. I like to go up Sheridan because the girls stand outside of Club Michelle's wearing short shorts and bend over/act slutty for the brothers there with them. I prefer FOBs but some of these have nice asses.
A blue and white pulled someone over in front of the Casino lot in the east-bound lane; I've seen that happen to several people in that very spot recently, so beware that intersection/area.
Peace,
H M

I heard through the Korean network that Kimberly Mama from Cleopatra is taking over Club Tomorrow very soon. So all her girls will be there. Diane will be in deeper kim chee than. Maybe we should go back to the ten dollar nekohamas in Kalihi. Bring back the good 'ole days.
Went to Pices late last night, parking lot was totally closed, only street parking.
