Saw the one you're referring to last week. Is legit with killer DT, $$ was damage after negotiating down from $$ It was the middle of the day there was another couple that live there in another room but I was comfortable enough. She took a good railing and was good enough time that I tried to go back but it was probably like 2:00 am So she kind of pushed on the $$$ and something else came through so I didn't repeat but I probably would just for the DT.
