As for me, I will not see any provider unless they have been reviewed on TER as I feel that site is more accurate and you can post negative or positive feedback.

Hard to tell if the admin side is in league with the posters or if it's some kind of "believe the provider first" kind of thing. I shouldn't need to tell you why that's an absolute junk system.
