Yeah, at the last second, this one ended up wanting a negotiated ppm price wired before meeting, so I'd wager she's a scam. Although she did also give me the option of calling her landlord and paying him directly, LOL.

Everything was $200 pre pandemic, you can't tell me in two years things have doubled!

She did send a verification pic and all, but I told her it was absolutely unreasonable what she was asking and the majority of the blame is on her. I think it's *partly* real, and her claims of being from Alabama originally check out, but she immediately switched her profile location back to Alabama the following day. Either she's playing a long con, or she legitimately got evicted and her parents flew her back to Alabama.

This has all the halmarks of a scam. But if it is, she goes a long way to make it look legit. She claims to be running orgy parties. I emailed her just to satisfy my curiosity. We had several long emails here is the gist of the last one: It's the PayPal thing that is a RED FLAG!

To become a member, there are just (3) three requirements.

1. You must be a registered member of our (PayPal). The subscription code / invitation I. D. Will be emailed after you submit your correct details. You will use that subscription code to log in at our private site and it would be your passes in every events. So, you will know the next event near your place.
