You do know Soliciting becomes a Felony after you are charged with it so many times. Maybe this is why it goes before the grand jury? Everytime you are picked up for Soliciting you are required to have an HIV Test. Just saying.

Was informed in a PM that the arrest occurred in Sharonville, where she asked an undercover cop for $.60. And she was also found with some crack pipes. Looks like actually possession of cocaine and heroin are specified on the sheriff's site as well.
