LOL, I was thinking the same thing...had to read the review 3-4 times to try and figure out what he was trying to say.
Is it my imagination or does Maya's have the pick of the litter right now? Went by there last night. WOW. Any 411 on who plays there? I just sat on the bar and got whiplash for awhile then got a call to meet friends at Butterfly. The level of talent there has diminished as of recently but I guess for a Tuesday, it was ok. Saved lots of money cause of lack of girls so decided to visit Nirvans. Oh yeah!!
When first started going Kbar:
1. Nekodrinkee at two bucks.
2. Hhour beer 0. 50/0. 75 reg. Hour.
3. Hhour hard liquor 1. 25/1. 50 reg.
4. Lancer wine (brn. /grn.) 15-20 bucks.
If a simple adjustment based on current customer drink prices were made then the price for nekos should be 10 bucks, tops. The BGs getting poorer by the day (one of them told me I richy because I get job) and older by the minute.
The boycott continues.

I would have to agree. Recently I went on a tour of a few Kbars in Kalihi, and then Splash, Butterfly, Casino, Camelot, Mayas, and Tomorrow, not in any particular order. Mayas was pretty much the place that had the talent, with Camelot and Splash a distant second. Butterfly, Casino were not very good like they used to be, and Tomorrow - was more like Yesterday, as in old ladies. Of course, I bought a grand total of ZERO ladies drinks, so I couldn't tell you who plays or what.

I get plenty of action in and out from Camelot, Evergreen, Butterfly, Splash, etc. But never had any luck at Maya's. Lot's of pretty girls who are friendly and all but never the kinda action most of you guys are looking for. Then again these girls all change places as much as like to change positions so my opinion will as well. As a matter of fact a few Butterfly girls recently went to Splash and speaking of Splash, they picked a few new hot girls lately so. I will be sure to report back.
Oh, BTW, I still go to the k-bars several nights per week. What recession and what boycott? In honor of the recently deceased Gary Coleman, "Wha'chu talkin' 'about Willis? " These places are full and busy with girls/customers. Only slow down I have seen is the usual school's out, graduation and summer vacation slump that always hit this time of year.
Heard Moonflower is changing Mama's by the end of the week. Channel leaving. Maybe better talent? I like that they always have good new music in there.

Their actions and reactions are not examples of lessons our ancestors and sages have been saying for a millenium: don't cheat, lie, and steal. Detractors will say that 'you have to take care of yourself'; we will eventually gravitate to a place where 'they will take care of you', IMO.

Chanel will probably kick back at home while her bar is leased to Sasha. From what I gather, Sasha has a bunch of girls lined up.

Yes, Chanel has to be one of the nicest mamas out there. Very friendly, not pushy and always willing to buy beers here and there. I'm sure Sasha's style will be the complete opposite.
