When you do it enough you will learn how to recognize the useless ads but who knows, you may find a diamond in the rough as several on here have. I did find a couple of good ones but gave up on CL years ago.

Long time lurker, first time poster.
I've had a couple of sessions with Renee who posts on CL usually with a "Stress Relief" headline in Arlington Heights / Buffalo Grove. It's usually in strictly platonic W4 M. I caught up with her at an extended stay off of Higgins, first time for a massage, second went straight to covered full service for $1. 5 (if my terminology is correct).
