Well done Ala4900- I agree with your scouting report and club recommendations.

It is a bit further north and east than the Dearborn location that you recommended but a trip by Coliseum and Players (on 8 mile road0 could also be added to the itinerary, especially if transportation is not an issue.

You should be writing tour guides for Frommers, or better yet, Lonely Planet!

The raids have all been in clubs within the Detroit city limits. There isn't much likelihood that they will be repeated any time on the near future, so you should be fine no matter where you go.

As far as your choices within easy cad trips from your hotel, they would be:

Good offerings and less expensive drinks than BT's, but also has a per trip VIP tax. They were raided recently, so all should be fine now. I was just in there and found lots of extras available.

Pantheion. On Michigan Ave in Dearborn, just down the street from BT's. I haven't been there in a long time but was unimpressed by everything when I was last there, and recent reports haven't motivated me to go back.

Silver Cricket. On Michigan Ave in Dearborn, west of the street your hotel is on, as opposed to BT's which is east. I haven't been there yet, but have read some nice things here and other places about it. I'll be visiting soon.

Flight Club. Is on Michigan Ave. To the west in Inkster, but a little drive from your hotel. I'the guess 7 or 8 miles. Very nice club with high end girls and good extras options. A little pricey but no mandatory VIP, though bouncer tips are appreciated. Also has very good food! I like this club, but sometimes the staff rubs me the wrong way with a certain snootiness combined with bad service that I don't appreciate. A few of the girls here have ROB reps, so you might want to read up on them. Oh, they have a few girls who do nude stage dances, if that makes a difference to you.

Bogarts. Almost right across the street from Flight Club in Inkster. Bogart's is a bit of a dive bar with a reputation for lot's of extras and slightly less than stunning talent. It's not my kind of place, but a lot of people love it! Good prices for everything.

H8 - Is Henry VIII. There's two, H8 north in Inkster, and H8 south in Southgate. I don't frequent either of these, but by reputation it seems like they might be a notch below Bogarts.

You can find a bunch of clubs on Michigan, past BT's into Detroit, but they don't have the best reputation and I would avoid them. You could make the trek to Eight Mile Rd. And hit Penthouse Club (around 10 miles from your hotel). It's very classy, much like Flight Club and owned by the same person. Good talent, good extras, a little pricey.

My personal itinerary suggestion would be to hit BT's, FC, and TC, maybe PHC if you have time.

I have been to BT's a couple of times during my airport layovers and it was nothing like what you guys describe here. What's the trick? I found it hard to get girls' attention, and even then, they do not offer to do much.

Coli and Players are two of my favorite clubs, I left them off the list due to distance only. No easy way to get there from Dearborn, but definitely worth a trip if time permits.

Was in your fine city for 10 days and loved it. Two trips to BTs and everything was great. Will def try to gt back to MI again soon.

I hadn't been to Tycoons in a long time and now that I have refreshed my memory it will be another long time if ever. I had the day off and decided to go to a club for a little while this afternoon. I headed to Centerfold one of my favorite places. Usually a good variety of dancers in a laid back atmosphere. They were closed and the sign said open at 9 pm, so I headed east to my other favorite Coliseum they were also closed. WTF I can't be the only guy with the New Years Eve Day off. Tycoons was open so I decided to stop in, No cover, sat down a dancer quickly joined me. I wanted to take it easy with drinking early so I ordered a Baileys and Coffee to warm up and the girl ordered a Bacardi and coke $26.50. I'm not cheap but that seemed crazy. The dancer decided to give me a tour of the VIP $20. It was a nice VIP area. I liked the grab bars on the wall. The dancer wasn't much I don't even remember her name. Got a few $20 dances, she mentioned some crazy prices and I told her no thank you. She quickly countered with less crazy figures and eventually flirted with some pricing $1- $2 that was more in line with reality. I told her no thank you and called it a day. I'the say she was early to mid 30's pierced nipples be's white, larger bottom, not bad and a tramp stamp that said something silly but don't remember. The rest of the show wasn't much. Hope every one has a great, fun and safe 2014.

Thinking about hitting either the Silver Cricket or H8's for New Year's. Anyone know who's in the lineup for the night shift in either club tonight?

The information you all gave me is fantastic! I have to do some thinking as too whether for my first trip I stay by the airport or go to the Courtyard. But it sounds like a few trips will be in order.

Does anyone have an update on the Hustler club?

I've heard that the place is slowly turning around again. Some of the girls are dancing naked and the rooms now have curtains, where the doors used to be. Is this place worth going back too or is it still a pass?
