I'm sure LE finds USSG a good start for easy intelligence gathering and potential places to raid. They want the very same info that mongerers are posting about providers. To help out the providers, never post a specific location. You're also potentially decreasing the chance of getting caught in a raid. Before the Internet, things could be underground and shared only by word of mouth.

In fact, the government monitors everything online if you didn't know that... They're by keywords that are used. Also, it's not like they're going to arrest someone just because of the stuff said on here. I mean, if they're reading my post right now, everything I've reported on is not true and I wrote it to fit in. LOL.
Anyways, they need to catch the suspects during the transaction or they won't have a case. That's why a lot of mongers and working girls feel safer in AMPs vs the streets. And one of the reasons I like AMPs is that I no need worry about getting busted there. (As long as you got no warrants). I don't need to worry about whatever, a prostitution sting or whatever. I think you probably hit the nail on the head about local girls having a strong family and friend support. Most people who move to Hawaii do so for either a job opportunity, or to surf. Not many of the starving actresses here.
As for local girls mentality... In the AMPs and other provider service industry, they are known for being the worst. You'll likely get the least bang for your buck with them. They can be stunning as you can well see on the streets and beaches... But when they play for pay, the play usually is below standards.
As for the average, hottie local girl you'll meet on the street or at the mall or wherever... If the situation is one where you are just interacting with them in a standard way and are making conversation with them, I find them to be quite sweet, nice and friendly to a fault. There are some snobby ones out there, but I really think that is the exception and not the norm. I might even go as far to say that they are likely the friendliest hot girls "in general" in the USA.
