If you go via eBay only buy the ones from South Korea and not the USA. It's a little more expensive but it's the real deal, the USA models are a ripoff brand. Shipping is free and I got my shower heads in one weeks time although it says 10+ days for delivery. But be patient cause the South Korean shower head is not always a available on eBay but it will come on from time to time. From what I understand Japan's eBay is selling out like mad.

As for the shower head at Kison, it comes from Korea that someone brought to the shop as a gift. I have the eBay model and it's the exact same one.
