I've seen this question often and here and I've responded like this:

The girls in LV don't stay in one place for long. They move around: just like everyone in Vegas.

A casino that is hot tonight might be cold tomorrow.

I understand you want to find a Top5 where you might get lucky. But it just doesn't happen like that.

Depending on how much time you have, visit 3 or 4 large casino hotels per day. Also go late at night. Just see what's there. You'll find them. And they will find you.

Be sure to read through TONS of info already written here about Las Vegas. There's no way to make it easy, just start reading and you will learn lots.

Although I've gone through most of this thread, I still have some open questions in case anyone can point me in the right direction.

1. Will I have any issues with making appointments with CGs (or other partners) due to coming from abroad (NL). I see several mentions of verifications etc, which clearly is a good thing. As I wouldn't even have a local phone, am I likely to struggle to book any sort of entertainment? UK passport is all I have.

2. I'm staying in the Tropicana, and from what I gather this is a bit of a family hotel. Am I therefore going to get more resistance getting someone back to my room? I already assume I'm not likely to find any CGs in the hotel itself.

3. In the event that I do get someone up to my room, I'm assuming I can just tell them to leave if negotiations don't go as I hope, but are there any other concerns I should be aware of by sending someone away like this, or will they likely just be glad not to be wasting their time any longer?

4. Is the half now / half later recognised a a general way to make payment?

5. Is there a big difference between a CG coming to your room (potentially for a set period) compared to other variations such as BP etc? I'm specifically talking here about staying the full time and not disappearing after the first happy ending, so to speak. Ie will they generally wait around for another go if you've paid for the time?

Sorry if I don't answer your questions in order. Generally, I would say that a lot of these girls may try to take advantage of you. If you show any signs of weekness, they will try to exploit you. There is lots of good advice on here like lock up anything of value in your safe such as watch, cash, and electronics. Never have more than one casino girl in your room at a time. Never leave your drinks or refrigerator unattended, etc. I really wouldn't consider any hotel in Vegas as a family hotel and you shouldn't have too hard of a time getting one back there. The only problem with TI is that it is pretty far North. Best spots for casino girls are mid strip and then further south around New York New York. That far south you'd need a cab ride back. You can go out and look just for fun but the best advice I can offer you is to find a well reviewed escort and have her come to your room. Also, most of these girls, especially casino girls, are out the door the minute you nut the first time. They may tell you the stay for a certain amount of time but don't count on it. So called BJ and FS (all covered) for 100 Guilders and never really rushed. I think the exchange rate back then made that sixty dollars. Back then it was like every night with someone different and all 8-10's as was the quality of service. Now with the Euro that may have inflated. I'd like to go again.
