I consider prayers useless, but hopefully the doctors / nurses are able to get her on the mend quickly. Either way she's going to be messed up physically / emotionally / financially after this mess. Being put into a MIC has long-term effects, granted they will be less than if she was older but she'll still probably need (at a minimum) physical therapy.
