Although, guys, I have a rookie question. Why would one steer away from pros that use substances? Is it because they could be dangerous under influence? Or have more stds? Or something Else?
I myself steer away for the reason that I believe if they are on substances, there are more chances they could be like informants or working with LE to get their sentences lowered, like in the movies.

After a bunch of back and forth I already realized that there's no negotiating going around. All mongers here seem to agree that we should just ignore the girls who ask for high price but bring little to the table.

But you either spend time to make money or spend money to buy time. This is America, nothing wrong if you pay the premium to get what you want when you want it and not waiting for the sale. Those who have the discipline to sit out and waiting for the sale, kudos to you.
And about the hypothesis that if we pay the price increase now what happen if it increase again? And it will keep increasing if we willing to pay. I say let the market run it course, it will always come out best for consumers. Like cell phone years ago. It was thousand of dollars at first, for a piece of heavy rock. Then more company jumped in to make more phone; price went down. But potential demand is still there, entrepreneur know consumers willing to spend thousands for phone. So come the innovation, smart phone. And we all happy with the end result, even though smart phone price keep increasing yearly. Same can be applied to the flesh market. More money spend in the market will entice more girls to joins for quick easy bucks. More girls join will bring price down later. But girls know there are 'suckers' who will pay premium. Then come all sort of special services to cater to every need, I for one still looking for a decent priced rim job. Artificial suppress the market by banding together to set price is actually bad from an economist point of view. Like someone said before there is a reason high end girls don't tour Delaware.

But, needle sharing isn't as rampant as it once was. The Clinic passes out needles and there is a truck that goes around and distributes them. Girls know the times and places to get fresh needles. BUT that is not to say it doesn't happen, just that the perception from years ago isn't as prevalent as now. Also, the incidence of HIV in DE is less than 2% - read the biannual surveillance report. All of the STDs can be either treated or managed as a chronic condition. With health care, there are no longer death sentences from STDs.
True that heroine and Fentynal take over a girl's life and that can lead them to be thieves and erratic behavior. That said, have seen numerous girls who manage their addictions well or at least don't bring that drama around. Sure a few hit me up when there is an "emergency" = which usually means they are drug sick and Jonesing. If you put on your White Knight hat and try to help them, you will be who they always turn to when sick. Sometimes you have to train them so they know to not visit drama at your feet.
So avoiding drug user girls is one way to avoid some bad things from happening, but it sure limits the pool of available girls. As noted often one can get a few good dates out of one of these girls. But hey, don't most guys move on after a couple of dates anyway? In the beginning I avoided girls on drugs, tattoos, etc. But with experience was able to deal with situations if they popped up.
