Yes, sometimes the girls can be the cops best asset to catching someone they want more than busting them. They want high profile catches, not a low end hooker who's strung out on dope. The one walking with the black guy was probably the girl I mentioned in my post on 7/28. She's also the one that had pink hair at one point a few months ago.
