Landlords for small AMP (relaxation spa) in Honolulu don't want to give "long term lease" to AMPs. They want month to month rental on the condition that tenants don't make trouble (like neighbour complaints based le interference or raid, etc). Renovation inside and AMP equipment costs a lot. If Nirvana or Kison location can be allowed, it will be a good idea for new owners but not sure yet.

There are at least 4 building permits being processed by the City in connection with a new 2-tower condo which, yes, will take up the entire block from Rycroft to Liona streets.

The demolition permit is very close to being approved and it's plausible work could begin as early as next month.

So we will be losing Osaka and Tonbo as well as the Sorabol Restaurant who said they'll be closing at the end of this month as well. Very sad.
