SDM is cheaper monthly (about half the price of Seeking), and it's a similar interface. But does have less strict rules about what you can message. On SDM you can ask girls if they're open to PPM, Seeking might flag / ban you for that.
Seeking has more members globally, I've used Seeking on international trips in the past and worked well for finding local "tour guides" .
I've only used SDM in Canada, so I can't say how it is outside of North America, but locally it's been pretty good for finding girls.
I'd say get a free account and see how many ladies are in your area, and if you see some nice ones, give it a try for a month. Just remember to turn off auto-renew, or it will automatically bill you after the month.
