Funny, when I watch YouTube vids and see a cute girl wearing a mask than when she takes it off, it's like what happen to the bottom half. I mean in most cases, they not ugly but the bottom half of their face don't match the cuteness of the top half.

Totally agree agree, Nancy C. , Dr Jing and Wasanna are the some of the best providers in Honolulu. All three are strong, with amazingly awesome technical skills and great systematic enjoyable routines / programs. Each have their own specialties that keeps me coming back.

When no one else can relieve my pain I go to Dr Jing, as she can go deep and I mean really deep. She got me shaking and sweating when she hits bottom, oh so much painful pleasure, you can actually feel the knot melt away when she holds down on it.

She totally pampers you throughout your whole session, from the foot bath, warm up massage, then to the main event, I say main event cause it is like a round of muay tai, she will keep moving you around and stretching you into positions that are so painfully good, at times you want to tap out. Then the cool down massage and even at the end she even offers to help tie my shoes. Damn, she would make an awesome wife.

And last but by no measure the least is Nancy C. , she is a sweetheart as well, she is a very caring individual and has amazing deep tissue and thai yoga stretching skills. So reading the reviews, for sugaring / waxing might go with K of Aloha. Seems to be the best choice for service and price.

Visited the establishment last Tuesday and had Yuko. She looked Japanese, but I'm not 100% sure. Great massage, I ended up adding another half hour to our session. Friendly attitude. I highly recommend her.

Booked an appointment with Wasanna online went to the apartment number mentioned only to No answer, tried calling phone was off & no answer on knocking as well.

Couple days later, I get an apologizing text with the correct apartment#. Made another appointment and got the confirmation over text, went there to find out its NOT Wassana, it was disappointing as I was expecting a massage from Wassana who I have heard about and not some bait & switch crap. It was disappointing but all I wanted was massage so whatever.

Seems like a 40+ years old lady is using Wassana's name to get clients, massage was 6/10, no extra service (even if there was I was going to vomit (decline) since I have standards) I asked her about Wassana but she pretended & fckn Alzheimer took away her english speaking skills. Just letting everyone know my experience, don't waste your time. I am sure there are better legit massage therapists out there.

I would assume she is booked for her personal massage service. That being said, I would NOT go to the other therapists at her shop. I booked a 90 minute massage and get the usual greet on the bottom and head to the room. At the start of the session she starts voicing her frustration because she had a bad experience with the person before me. So I lent her my ear to hear her out while she massaged me. Wrong move! She decided to take it out on me and provided the worst session ever!

I've always had good service from Wassana herself.

First sorry to hear about your experience, just some helpful notes:

1. When trying to book online, need to receive a confirmation notice. Besides, most therapist add online booking options, but they usually do not keep up with the management of it, as most customers just call directly or text. As for Wassana, she does not typically respond to texts for hours, as she is usually busy working on a customers and that's a good thing, as texting on customer time is one of the biggest peeves for me.

2. I hear Wassana has moved to a new location recently and has not updated her Yelp and website information as of yet. So this misinformation must have just added to your frustration. Probably once COVID is over, as she has a family to worry about, she is probably limiting exposure to regular customers. Once over, I would think she would be looking to grow her business again and update her information. The regulars know how to find her.

3. As Wassana has a few therapist working for her as well, need to be specific on who you want. Just like going to Tiffany's, cannot expect to get Tiffany to be your therapist without asking. Besides Wassana, I hear really good things about Katie. Also there is a Neena working there, but have not experienced.

Keep in mind that not all people will receive the same service you receive. My concern is no therapist should take their frustration out on the next person if the prerious appointment didn't go well. Just imagine yourself going into a massage thinking you're going to be relaxed for the next 90 minutes only to have shitty experience because the therapist is mad from the previous appointment. That is exactly what happened. So that there is no confusion, my post says I have nothing but kudos for Wassana. She is top or near top of all therapists I've been with.

A few years ago I had a similar experience with an upset provider. It was my first visit too, I was a minute late and she started calling to see if I was a no show, but I did not respond, as I was already at the door. She opened the door and started snapping at me, "You late", "Why you no answer your phone! While on the table, she starts interrogating me on who else I see, "You go Century Center? Damn, that was one of the worst starts for me ever. But her massage skills saved her, as that is what must have kept bringing me back for more. Later as I got to know her better, she would share more of her personal life with me, both good and bad. She would want to share so much, that at times my hour long sessions extended to three. I told her, that I would have to start billing her for my time. Lucky nobody missed me at work. Long story short, I still see her today outside of work and are the best of friends. So sometimes compassion and empathy can go a long way and sometimes not.

Unfortunatelly, this was not my first rodeo, nor second with the therapist and I've noticed quite a few subtlties to no go back to her. Like I said in my previous posts, everyone's experiences are different. I am glad you enjoy her. I'll take my chances eslewhere because there are many more legit therapists who offers great service. Just my humble opinion.

Just returning to answer & clarify things. On my 2nd attempt, I did get the confirmation over text and also that it will be seeing Wassana at XX o clock. I did not get the name of the therapist but she is a darker skin tone, skinny & probably 40+ yo lady. And I did ask about Wassana but then there was this look of confusion and sudden language barrier. Naturally anyone would feel, if someone can communicate in fine English over text then why not in person. I didn't push the matter further than that as I was looking for a legit massage session. Overall I was bit disappointed but not pissed off like a usual bait & switch. Mainly bcoz when you expect to see a person, you expect to see that same person.

This isn't a knock on Wassana but I know most of the esl folks use Google translate to text. A lot easier than in person. Just putting it out there for perspective.

Providers name was Molly or Mali I think and she had a nice rack for an older lady maybe around mid 50's. I was going this was one of the independents you were referring to that gave some HE but ended up with a medium to light massage. YMMV but for my experience no such hint.

What's going on with Wassana? I have tried on several occasions to get an appointment with her and keep getting the response with being offered someone else.

I was finally get an appointment with her after trying for months. Unfortunately, it didn't feel the same. She didn't have the same friendliness and vibe that I have come to expect of her since every time I have tried to book an appointment with her, they wanted to give me someone else and she asked me about that.

Had second visit this week with Niece Emily, booked deep tissue, but did not seem that deep this time, maybe she nevar get the memo, but stretching was still very good. Overall good massage, but no massage high this time around. Uncle Roger tink better to go back to Auntie Nancy C and ask for forgiveness and to take Uncle back. Having her and Mina working on me, would be sensory overload. If they had Nuru service here, that would just cap the session off to the next level.

Love me a high quality deep tissue or Thai massage with stretching. Usually my goto's are Wassana and Jing of Soul in Hands. Anybody else have some therapist recommendations with similar quality massage?

I've recently patronized Blue Hawaii Massage on the bottom floor of CC. The 3 therapist there have all given me great massages. If you need a good legit massage try them out.
